For a special treat, I took the girls shopping and let them pick out their own dresses and bows for their school Easter party. They were so excited!!
They really enjoyed their school Easter event. They had refreshments, jumped in the bounce, and went on an egg hunt.
Instead of going to one of the public Easter egg hunts in town, we went to a friend's house for an Easter party play date. The girls enjoyed brunch, Easter themed cookies and cupcakes, rootbear floats, an egg hunt, and a few hours of play time with their friends.
We experimented with a few different methods of coloring eggs. The spinner was the girls favorite, by far!
From the Easter bunny, the girls each got a few books, a crystal mining kit, a headband, a chocolate bunny, and a few eggs with jellybeans inside. He also left Fancy Nancy dresses for them.
The girls also got a few gifts from Grammy. We had lunch at her house. Then the girls searched for eggs in her front yard.
Before we went home, the girls worked on the fairy gardens they got from Grammy.
After bath time, the girls did the Hop-eraina.
And that was our Easter, in an egg shell. :)
