Wednesday at school Kylee learned about leprechauns and their mischievous nature. Thursday night one snuck into our house while the girls were asleep! The naughty little guy got into mommy's Lucky Charms, turned all of our milk green, put all of Kylee's boots in the kitchen cabinet, and left green footprints all over our kitchen floor!
Kylee cracked up when she found her boots in my spice cabinet!
For lunch, I made a leprechaun taco and a noodle rainbow with gold coins (cheese).
I really wanted to make the girls a rainbow scavenger hunt and/or trail with a pot of chocolate gold coins at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I needed at Walgreens or Dollar Tree and ran out of time and money before I could make it Wal-mart. It has been a very crazy/busy/stressful week.
